Monthly Awareness Challenge!
Next Awareness Challenge starts 9/7
Starting this Monday, September 7th, we invite you to join our next Awareness Challenge hosted right here!
How the 5-Day Challenge Works:
☀️ The Daily Prompt: Each morning from Monday through Friday, we will post a single, powerful awareness question in the Monthly Awareness Challenge Group.
🌿 Carry It With You: Take that question into your day. Check in with it as often as you can during work, conversations, and quiet moments. Don't try to "fix" or analyze anything—simply observe what arises....

Finish this sentence throughout the day:
"I am condemning myself right now because I believe..."
Every time guilt or self-blame appears, quietly fill in the blank:
"...because I believe I should never fail."
"...because I believe I am unworthy as I am."
Don't try to argue with the belief.
Simply look at it in the light of awareness.

Day Two of the Awareness Challenge for 9/7
Notice the demand for perfection.
Self-condemnation only exists when you measure yourself against an illusion.
Did you condemn yourself for being tired?
For making a mistake?
For feeling anger, fear, or envy?
Notice the ideal image you think you failed to live up to.
Don’t defend the image. Just witness.

Day One of the Awareness Challenge for 9/7
Notice the inner prosecutor today.
Notice every time you judge, criticize, or scold yourself.
Don’t try to silence the voice.
Don’t condemn yourself for condemning yourself.
Just become aware of it.
Simply watch the internal trial without taking the stand.

Then, at the end of the day, answer three questions: What did you observe? What surprised you? What changed?
